All of my PE classes follow 3 week units. Monday, Wednesday & Fridays we will focus on the current unit. Tuesday are Pacer/Mile days and Thursdays are fitness days. Each unit will focus on an individual or team sport - see more about what is planned for the year under Units tab.
In Fitness & Conditioning Classes you choose your goal. Gain Strength? Speed? Agility?
While 3 days a week all students will participate in Bigger, Faster, Stronger Program you will choose your auxiallaries depending on your goals. This will be determined in the first couple of weeks of class.

This will be my 8th year teaching Physical Education, I have taught Elementary, Middle School and High School - when asked my favorite I have to say all of the them! In addition to teaching I coach volleyball and softball, at both the Junior and High School levels.
